  Let me just start by saying I was very impressed with Mr. Chopstix. GREAT Chinese food and I didn't have to go all the way to Chinatown. I ordered quite a few things because it was my first meal of the day and I was hungry with my eyes lol. The Hot n sour soup had great flavor, but had too much white pepper which made it extra spicy which I could handle but I wanted to enjoy it more. It needed just a touch more vinegar and would've been A+ perfection.
  
  The Chinese sausage fried rice was
  super yummy. I'm not use to corn and bean sprouts in my fried rice but I dig it.
  The Toothpick lamb was very bold in flavor. Right away you can taste the cumin. I love the fact that the chilies are lightly toasted, it really brings out the flavor. Not entirely sure but I want to say there's some schechuwan peppercorn in it because my tongue is slightly numb. Flavor is amazing. Little chunks of ginger were a nice touch especially if you're a ginger lover. I found it complimented the gaminess of the lamb.
  
  The Gizzard skewers were my favorite. I
  loved the smokiness from the grill/that grill flavor. The seasoning was on point. I should've ordered five of them to myself.
  
  As far as staff goes, they were very attentive and friendly. Definitely gonna be a regular here. There's so many more things I want to try.

  Went today with my mom and auntie, along with 2 of their friends.  We ordered 2 beef and onion pancake, 2 pork pancakes, 2 chives pancakes, 2 steamed buns and a beef roll.  Also ordered popcorn shrimp, this cold jelly noodle dish, a beef noodle soup, Dan Dan noodles, pickled fish stew and chicken sticks along with chicken gizzards.  
  
  The buns and pancakes are made fresh and to order so it takes a while for those to come out.  But when it arrives at the time, it's so worth the wait!  Full of juices, piping hot, and the dough is superb.  My favorite out of all the ones we ordered was the chive pancake.  It has eggs, chives and the rice noodles.
  
  I had the Dan Dan noodles and they were tasty but I sure wish they could make it non spicy.  I love the sesame sauce.  
  
  Ok so I was looking forward to the chicken sticks bcs it's suppose to be bbq so I'm thinking it's gonna taste salty and sweet with a sweet soy marinate... nope!  They used a bunch of herbs and it was kinda gross.  There was rosemary and cumin seeds and chili flakes.  Agh. What a waste.  No one ate the sticks.
  
  One of the table guest wanted spicy beef noodle soup and they had ran out from the night before and they didn't make it in time for opening today.  No big deal we ordered other things but my aunts friend threw a fit about the restaurant never having anything available.  Well they make things fresh so it's gonna run out.  Also their soup bases are cooked slow for 10 hours to get that rich flavor.  Good food takes time.  
  
  Second disappointing dish of the meal was the fish stew.  It was a huge bowl but the soup was a bit salty and the fish tasted weird and had an aftertaste.  My mom said the fish tastes fake haha
  I was too full to try it but my aunt said it was very flaky.  
  
  Oh wait, I forgot about the popcorn chicken.  It was mostly breading and they used too much pepper!  I couldn't eat more than 1.  
  
  Despite these dishes being a miss, the pancakes are awesome.  I mean, that's what they are known for so just come and eat those things.

  Came here for the first time for dinner. I've heard of this place but stayed away because I always thought anything with "Mr" or "chopstix" in the name was either fast food or just very basic Chinese food.  I was wrong, this restaurant had a pretty legit Szechwan (or Taiwanese) menu (or at least what I considered to be legit Szechwan food but really, what do I know?)  anyway, my party of 3 proceeded to order with hot and sour soup, spicy pork wontons, pork and onion pan fried bao with beef and onion, the beef roll, green bean spareribs chow mein, mapo tofu, lamb cumin.  Keep in mind everything is family style so everything from the soup to entrees is a pretty big serving.  
  
  On a scale from 1-5
  Hot and sour soup: I prefer more of a sour soup, I give this 3.5 star it also wasn't too spicy, it was good but probably won't order again
  
  Spicy pork  wontons: rating 3, not spicy to me, wont order this one again
  
  Pork and onion pan fried bao: 5! One of my favorite things on the menu, will order this again!
  
  Beef roll: 5!  One of my favorite things ordered, will order again!
  
  Green bean sparerib chow mein: 5!  This was different but good!  Would order again!
  
  Mapo tofu: 4 not bad, may possibly order again
  
  Cumin lamb: 3 very flavorful but too many flavors going on, won't order again
  
  Overall I would recommend, and would come back!

  The server (male, heavier set) and the chef (short build, round face) was caught talking crap (in mandarin) about the to-go tip I left them. The server then told the chef I asked for a little bit of hot oil on the side, and the chef said he didn't need to give it. The server then said, she asked for one, then followed by another complaint about the to-go tip I left. Chef gave a crappy face and looked at me. I just stood on the side listening.
  
  As the chef packed my food, he called out to me as he was waiving a plastic spoon in the air and asked if I needed spoons. I responded in mandarin "no thank you, I have it at home". He then picked up a fork and asked if I need it. I shook my head and said no thank you in Mandarin. He then picked up two packets of soy sauce and asked about those. I politely said no thank you, I have those too at home.
  
  Lesson of the day, please don't be greedy, and don't assume the customer can't understand you. I will never be back.
  
  Note to the owner......please talk to your staff about customer service.

  I'm not big on to go food bc its usually wrong or cold by the time you get home. I ordered some of this Chinese food to see how it was. Just moved to the area so I yelp'd it and just guessed on which restaurant to go to. We got pork fried rice, chicken chow mein w/"white meat only" & pork potstickers. The potstickers had a unique taste but it was a good flavor. The fried rice was decent but the chicken chow mein did not have much actual chicken which was disappointing. Mostly noodles with only a handful of small pieces of chicken. I would like it a lot more if there was more chicken. Otherwise I would probably try it again.
